Description of the composition

The composition of Issue 47 unfolds as an expressive line of development, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The signature of Wylde Ivy is evident in the way notes appear and fade. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

The internal accord map rests on these accords: Balsamic, Citrus, Wood and Spicy forming a compact and readable structure. Additional accords such as Mineral add depth to the backdrop. The gender direction is masculine, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

When the structure is mixed the opening appears as one connected movement with a warm incense mood: Amber, Cardamom, Clove, Frankincense, Mandarin, Myrrh and Woody Accord. In this format 7 notes work as one coherent layer, creating enveloping resinous depth that keeps the opening compact and balanced.

The inner phases are perceived as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which keeps the fragrance coherent.
