Description of the composition

The fragrance pyramid is built on sensual contrasts. The top notes—bergamot, black pepper, and caraway—create a spicy, subtly citrusy opening.

At the heart, immortelle, prune, and saffron unfold, creating a fruity, smoky accent. A base of amber, patchouli, and vanilla leaves a long-lasting, sweet and earthy trail.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

I recently stumbled upon a discussion about this fragrance on Fragrantica, where it was highly recommended. I live in a remote region, and when I saw it for sale in a perfume lovers' group, I bought it without hesitation, even though I'd promised myself not to buy anything without testing. But, you know, it's a rare fragrance, and who knows when it'll appear again? In the end, I haven't regretted it once - it's simply stunning! If I had tested it without knowing what it was, I would've thought it was something from Tom Ford. Its sweetness is quite noticeable, but it doesn't overwhelm me. I smell not only prune but also a distinct cherry pit note in it. It's truly a sensual fragrance, yet it's not vulgar. If you have the chance, grab it, even without testing - I can't imagine how anyone could dislike it! )))

Yes, this is really prune, sweetish, dried. Delicious, yes, but there's something in it that evokes longing. Beautiful, yes, and sexy, but it feels like it's not what it used to be. Unisex, of course, but it's like something's gone, and you can't get it back
