Daniel de Fasson was born in Havana in 1952, and his family arrived in the United States in 1961. After eight years in Boston, where his father worked in retail, his family moved to Miami Beach, where both the climate and culture were more familiar. There, in his father's clothing store he received his first "architectural" commissions, for the task of developing the then-popular concept of the "boutique". It was then that Daniel first discovered a passion for the synthesis of fashion and architecture. Daniel de Fasson always dreamed of synthesizing transformative theory in design, color and texture with the reality of modern clothing. Realizing his vision, in 1989 he created the brand Daniel de Fasson and for many years now he has been producing unique, complex models, combined with his unprecedented attention to detail.
