American actor, rapper, and entrepreneur Cornell Haynes Jr., known as Nelly, was born on November 2, 1974. Nelly is one of the most successful performers of our millennium. In his eight-year career, he has sold over 30 million records, owns four Grammy Awards. In Billboard's ranking of top artists of the first decade of the 21st century, Nelly ranked third.

He made his acting debut in 2005, playing one of the lead roles in the film «The Longest Yard».
