Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Again, prune, and not just that. This scent simply amazes with its longevity, it's so bold and rich

What a complete flop with this perfume. I expected a sweet Bottega, but got something resembling plasticine. Both my beloved moss and suede are there, but this note, seemingly gouache or plasticine, just ruins everything. Let it sit, maybe it'll open up somehow )

The fragrance is truly interesting, sweet-sour, with notes of plum, jasmine, and orange blossom. Its base is resinous and amber, with vanilla and musk also noticeable, and green patchouli adds depth. But it lacks suede, somehow it's not felt. For me, it evokes associations with the tropics. I don't quite understand why Rogue is praised so much. This is clearly a feminine, long-lasting, and diffusive fragrance. Many compare it to Bottega Veneta, but in my opinion, that's not entirely correct, because Bottega is more elegant and has soft floral notes, while this fragrance seems a bit simplistic, there's something compote-like about it, though overall it's not bad 🍹

The Love version looks simpler, and they are completely different. The original is simply chic, I chose it because I caught notes of suede and peach skin in it, which transformed into something oriental with a light shisha-like plum nuance during wear 😏

A perfume you wear with pleasure at first, then forget for a long time in a drawer. But as soon as you remember it or catch its notes, you immediately want to take it out and use it again. It starts with plum notes, but that's not the main thing in this fragrance. The main accents are suede, patchouli, vanilla, and musk. I like every stage of it, but at the same time, it makes me sad 😔

The fragrance opens with notes of prune and leather. It's clearly for those who love to be the center of attention, for the bold and daring. Personally, it didn't suit me, so I decided to give it to my aunt, she's exactly like that! 😄

After Bottega was discontinued, I started looking for something similar. Hearing reviews, I decided to try it. From the first sniff, there's indeed a similarity, but then a sweet note appears, which for me resembles ice cream or condensed milk. This sweetness somehow "cheapens" the sound of my favorite notes. It's important to have balance. In Bottega Veneta, I feel elegance, but here it's something simpler. I tried it in the heat, and it scared me a bit, what if I fall out of love with my "perfume self" But I hope that in colder weather, Rouge by Rihanna will reveal itself anew, and it can be loved as a separate masterpiece of perfumery )

This series confused me a bit. The cone-shaped fragrances seem more straightforward to me. Here again, there's plum and a prominent leather accord that makes me doubt. I still can't get used to such scents

On me, plum unfolds as prunes, but overall it's a delicate scent of plums and vanilla. Depending on the concentration, it can sound different: suitable for both day and evening. It's just super convenient! I'm delighted with this fragrance

The fragrance undoubtedly has its femininity, but the base leaves much to be desired - it's somewhat unclear and lingers on the skin for a long time. The declared leather notes aren't felt at all; most likely, the floral accents simply overshadow them. Overall, it reminds me of Bottega Veneta, but they don't have this suffocating base that evokes associations with dad's colognes from childhood, sitting on his shelf 😕
