Description of the composition

The fragrance pyramid of Agent Provocateur Miss AP is a skillful journey through three layers, starting with a playful opening: pink pepper (red berries) and ylang-ylang create a spicy and exotic chord that invigorates and intrigues.

As it evolves, the heart reveals geranium and rose, adding a soft, floral tenderness that softens the initial audacity.

The base of the composition is anchored with amber, patchouli, and sandalwood, bringing warm, woody, and slightly earthy notes that ensure longevity and sensuality.

This combination makes the fragrance dynamic: it begins with a challenge, transitions into romance, and ends with a cozy depth.

The full list of notes, including geranium, patchouli, pink pepper (red berries), rose, sandalwood and ylang-ylang, creates a multifaceted composition, perfectly suited for those seeking a balance between audacity and elegance in their perfume choice.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

This fragrance, though it looks nice, leaves a feeling of slight sadness. Oriental notes, floral accents, and spicy undertones create an atmosphere, but something is missing. Cool patchouli and amber are interesting, of course, but don't evoke strong emotions. Longevity is only up to five hours, and the sillage isn't too noticeable. Non-intrusiveness and correctness are good, but sometimes you want something brighter. Some call it "the ideal of gothic in perfumery," but I think those are just pretty words 😔

This perfume evokes associations with Mistress, but it's sharper. The leather accent in that fragrance gives it sexuality, while here, clove dominates, creating a rich sound. There are, of course, echoes of that fragrance, but overall it's completely different 🌟

This new release really surprised me. It's reminiscent of the classic version, but with a softer and cozier development. The classic was quite sharp, whereas the new one appears more delicate, which is what draws attention

The fragrance truly stands out with its brightness and sexuality, it provokes and attracts. It all starts with floral notes of ylang-ylang, as if enveloped in spicy pink pepper, creating an intoxicating effect. Then comes a delicate combination of velvety honeyed rose and spicy geranium, adding depth. The finishing accord fills the composition with the spiciness of patchouli, creamy notes of sandalwood, and light resinous amber nuances, forming a long and sensual trail. This is truly an impressive scent! 🌸

This L'Agent, which is no longer produced, smells a bit simpler, but still not bad. If you were sad about its disappearance, this is a pretty good option to replace it

The fragrance is indeed dense and rich. Ylang-ylang and rose are felt in it, which gives it a special femininity. It excites and leaves a deep impression. It reveals itself best in cold weather or at night 🌙

I can't call the fragrance light. Unfortunately, it didn't quite suit me. I think it's the ylang-ylang. These aren't the first perfumes with this note that don't develop on my skin the way I'd like

How strange! The novelty is, of course, curious, but this combination of rose, geranium, and patchouli only causes bewilderment. It reminds me of something, but I can't say it's pleasant. If "Berlin Girl" was a chypre, then this clearly leans oriental with ylang-ylang and amber, and sandalwood only adds heaviness. Trying it is, of course, interesting, but the name "Miss" is completely inappropriate!!! For me, "Miss" is something light, playful, but here it's all solid notes. The execution, of course, can change perception, but so far, it's not impressive
