Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Contempo is shaped as a cohesive olfactory arc, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The signature of Ajmal is clear from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Oil-based perfume sets the right density and pace of development.

In a unified mixed pyramid the opening appears as one connected movement with a expressively spicy mood: Black Pepper, Cedar, Lily, Magnolia, Sandalwood, Spices and musk. In this case 7 notes act as one integrated frame, forming voluminous spicy depth that reads as cohesive from the start.

The heart and base are felt as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The internal accord map is driven by these accords: Floral, Musc, Wood and Spicy with each one in a clear role.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Spicy, Wood, Whiteflower and Floral. It also reaches into Musk. From a family perspective the scent maps to Floral, Spicy and Wood.

In summary Contempo holds a coherent structure — the start forms character, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the fragrances best understood in wear.
