Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Bealtaine unfolds as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Alkemia Perfumes comes through in the way notes appear and fade. Nothing here feels random, and the composition keeps a clear direction.

In a unified mixed pyramid the opening appears as one connected movement with a architectural woody mood: Apple blossom, Gorse, Grey Ambergris, Hawthorn, Pear, Quince and Vanilla. In this case 7 notes sound as one voice, building clear woody framework that reads as cohesive from the start.

The inner phases are perceived as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

The accord architecture rests on these accords: Floral, Fruit, Musc and Amber without random overlap. Background accords such as Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background.

At the note-group layer the structure relies on Floral, Wood, Animals and Fruit. The palette also extends to Gourmet and Musk.

Taken together Bealtaine sounds complete from start to finish — the opening sets direction, the middle layer carries the identity, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. This is the type of composition best understood on skin.
