Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Kāmavaśya is shaped as a cohesive olfactory arc, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Alkemia Perfumes is recognizable in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Oil-based perfume keeps the right density and pace of development.

At olfactory-group level the structure relies on Ambery, Spicy, Animals and Leather. The framework further includes Wood, Gourmet and Musk. From a family perspective the fragrance belongs to Leather.

Without strict stage separation the fragrance opens as a single chord with a peppery-spicy mood: Ambergris, Caraway, Civet, Leather accord, Nutmeg, Tobacco and Vanilla.

The heart and base are felt as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which gives the structure continuity.

The accord profile is driven by these accords: Animalistic, Musc, Wood and Amber with each one in a clear role. Background accords such as Leather and Spicy add depth to the backdrop.
