Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Moonlight is built as an expressive line of development, where layers reveal themselves with precision and warmth. The signature of Alkemilla is clear from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction.

The accord architecture is built around these accords: Citrus, Floral, Musc and Wood forming a compact and readable structure. Background accords such as Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background. The stylistic positioning is feminine, which clarifies the composition character.

Right at the start you meet invigorating sunny first notes: Bergamot and Orange.

In the heart you meet Jasmine and Rose keeping a silky white floral direction. At drydown level the composition is fixed through Musk, Patchouli, Vanilla and Vetiver, extending a warm vetiver trail.

At the note-group layer the structure relies on Citrus, Whiteflower, Floral and Musk. It also reaches into Wood and Gourmet.

Taken together Moonlight holds a coherent structure — the opening sets direction, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory. This is the type of composition best understood on skin.
