Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Rose unfolds as a layered story, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The style of Allen Shaw is clear from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum supports the depth and body this composition needs.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the opening appears as one connected movement with a architectural woody mood: Ambergris, Guaiac wood, Jasmine, Lemon, Oud, Rose and Vetiver. In this format 7 notes work as one voice, forming a sense of noble depth that feels seamless.

The inner phases are perceived as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The accord profile is shaped by these accords: Citrus, Floral, Musc and Wood with each one in a clear role. Additional accords such as Amber expand the olfactory volume in the background.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Ambery, Wood, Whiteflower and Citrus. It also reaches into Floral and Musk.

Taken together Rose sounds complete from start to finish — the opening sets direction, the central phase adds depth, and the base secures the trail. These are the scent structures best understood in wear.
