Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Pineapple unfolds as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Allen Shaw comes through from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum sets the right density and pace of development.

When the structure is mixed the fragrance opens as a single chord with a architectural woody mood: Ambergris, Bergamot, Grapefruit, Grey Ambergris, Oak moss, Pineapple and Sandalwood.

The middle and base stages are felt as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which gives the structure continuity.

The accord profile rests on these accords: Citrus, Fruit, Musc and Wood without random overlap. Background accords such as Amber add depth to the backdrop.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Ambery, Citrus, Animals and Earthy / Mossy. It also reaches into Fruit, Wood and Musk.
