Fragrance information:

In 2008, Arrogance introduced Angelique Arrogance — a fragrance that's hard to forget. A feminine fragrance rooted in the sweet and floral families. It was created by perfumer Maurizio Cerizza. By character, it falls into the fruit and floral groups. In eau de toilette — and that's all it takes to fall in love.

The sillage is moderate — present, but never overpowering. It stays on the skin for a good while — longevity is firmly in the moderate range. Country of origin — Italy: no wonder the fragrance turned out this refined. A rich, layered composition that reveals itself differently depending on your mood and the time of day.

Description of the composition

The composition of Angelique Arrogance unfolds as a cohesive olfactory arc, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The style of Arrogance is recognizable in the way notes appear and fade. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de toilette keeps the depth and body this composition needs.

The profile is feminine, which clarifies the composition character. In wear duration Middle indicates a stable lasting impression. In diffusion Middle shows the style of diffusion around the wearer.

From the first breath you sense juicy fruity opening notes: Blackcurrant, Coconut, Grapefruit and Walnut.

When the opening settles you notice Champaca, Iris, Lotus and Orchid carrying a opulent floral direction.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Floral, Fruit, Citrus and Wood. The palette also extends to Spicy, Musk, Whiteflower and Sweet. From a family perspective the composition sits in Floral and Sweet.

Taken together Angelique Arrogance holds a coherent structure — the start forms character, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the fragrances best judged on skin.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The scent is truly unusual. From the very first inhale, it feels like you're breathing in the smell of a walnut, its shell and astringent septum immediately hit your nose. Coconut is also present, but it's not intrusive, rather quiet, as if hiding in the background. A blackcurrant leaf, crushed between fingers, leaves its trace on the skin, and a light powdery veil accompanies it to the very end. Overall, it's a very interesting and unconventional scent that definitely won't leave you indifferent 😌
