The year 2019 gave us Острова Art Deco Perfumes. A unisex fragrance from the green and aromatic families. It was created by perfumer Elina Arsenieva. By character, it falls into the wood, fruit, and earthy / mossy groups. The palette of this fragrance is exceptionally rich: traces of whiteflower and balsamic can also be found — a rare combination that makes this perfume truly one of a kind. Created within the XVIII векъ collection and available in eau de parfum.

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of art-deco-perfumes-ostrova is built as a continuous scent journey, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Art Deco Perfumes comes through from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum sets the right density and pace of development.

The accord architecture is shaped by these accords: Balsamic, Floral, Wood and Vegetable forming a compact and readable structure. The profile is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

In a unified mixed pyramid the notes arrive together with a noble cedar mood: Frankincense, Ledum, Lily, Moss, Myrrh, Nagarmotha and Patchouli.

The deeper layers are perceived as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

At olfactory-group level the structure relies on Balsamic, Earthy / Mossy, Fruit and Whiteflower. The framework further includes Wood, Aromatic and Green.

In summary art-deco-perfumes-ostrova sounds complete from start to finish — the first stage creates momentum, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the scent structures best judged in wear.

Smell of wet greenery and moss, mushrooms can be felt, like in the forest after rain. Elina spoke about unexplored places that have not yet become a park with a palace. How sad!
