Description of the composition

The composition of Sumiiro No Miyako is shaped as a cohesive olfactory arc, where accents shift smoothly and sequentially. The style of Auphorie is recognizable from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Perfume extract keeps the depth and body this composition needs.

Without strict stage separation the fragrance opens as a single chord with a soft-dry woody mood: Ambergris, Charcoal, Incense, Ink, Leather accord, Moss and Osmanthus.

The inner phases are perceived as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

The internal accord map is built around these accords: Balsamic, Citrus, Floral and Musc without random overlap. Background accords such as Wood, Amber, Leather and Spicy enrich the profile without taking over.

At olfactory-group level the structure relies on Ambery, Mineral, Balsamic and Fairy. The palette also extends to Leather, Earthy / Mossy, Floral and Wood.
