History and Inspiration

Eau de Parfum Golden Chersonese by the Malaysian niche brand Auphorie was launched in 2015 and instantly won the hearts of discerning connoisseurs.

This unisex fragrance belongs to the floral and oriental families, and was created by the talented Eugene Au.

Golden Chersonese is part of the OPUS NO 1 collection, which marked the beginning of the Auphorie house.

The fragrance’s name refers to the ancient Greek name for the Malay Peninsula: the Golden Chersonese.

The top notes greet us with a juicy, sparkling duo of lime and mandarin, enhanced by the sweetness of pineapple.

The heart of the composition unfolds with an exotic floral accord of intoxicating frangipani and spicy orchid.

In the base, the fragrance gains depth and warmth thanks to refined woody and balsamic facets: cedar, sandalwood, teakwood, as well as sensual amber, sweet benzoin, and soft musk.

This composition creates a rich, enveloping scent with a long-lasting trail.
