Description of the composition

The composition of Shock is built as an expressive line of development, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Axe comes through in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Fragrant mist supports the right density and pace of development.

At the note-group layer the structure relies on Spicy, Citrus, Aromatic and Wood. At family level the scent maps to Citrus and Fern.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the opening appears as one connected movement with a warm spicy mood: Anise, Citrus accord and Mint. Here 3 notes act as one voice, building voluminous spicy depth that reads as cohesive from the start.

The deeper layers are read as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which gives the structure continuity.

The accord architecture is shaped by these accords: Aromatic, Citrus and Spicy without random overlap. The profile is masculine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

Overall Shock sounds complete from start to finish — the opening sets direction, the middle layer carries the identity, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. These are the fragrances best judged on skin.
