Description of the composition

The composition of Madame Coquelicot is built as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves with precision and warmth. The style of Biosea comes through in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum emphasizes a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

The internal accord map is built around these accords: Citrus, Musc, Powdery and Spicy forming a compact and readable structure. The profile is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read. In wear duration Middle indicates a stable lasting impression. In trail behavior Middle describes the way the scent radiates.

In a unified mixed pyramid the notes arrive together with a expressively spicy mood: Anise, Black Pepper, Ginger, Powdery notes and musk.

The heart and base are read as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Spicy, Powdery, Musk and Gourmet.

In summary Madame Coquelicot sounds complete from start to finish — the start forms character, the heart develops the core line, and the base secures the trail. This is the type of composition best understood in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.
Persistence
Low (1 to 2 hours)
2
Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

2
Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

At first, if you look at the notes, you might think this scent should hook me. But in reality, it smells too sweet and floral, even with a slight medicinal hint. It has a rather gloomy mood. The bottle, by the way, perfectly conveys the essence of what's inside. I can't figure out if I like it or not

The scent starts to unfold after half an hour, and it becomes very interesting. It's clearly feminine, but there's something mysterious about it that makes you think

Spicy, sharp, with a ginger accent! Anise notes appear subtly, but you can catch them after you've noticed the pepper and ginger. This combination creates an interesting effect!!!
