Perfume information

Description of the composition

The scent of #1002 is built as a cohesive olfactory arc, where notes flow without rush and without gaps. The style of BK Perfumes comes through in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail.

The accord architecture rests on these accords: Aromatic, Citrus, Gourmet and Floral with each one in a clear role. Background accords such as Musc, Wood, Amber and Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background. The gender direction is masculine, which clarifies the composition character.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the fragrance opens as a single chord with a warm spicy mood: Ambergris, Bergamot, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cumin, Lavender and Orange blossom.

The inner phases are perceived as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

From the group perspective the profile is anchored in Ambery, Citrus, Spicy and Green. The palette also extends to Whiteflower, Gourmet, Wood and Musk.

Taken together #1002 sounds complete from start to finish — the start forms character, the central phase adds depth, and the base secures the trail. This is the type of composition best understood in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

They gave it to my friend, and I decided to try it myself. At first, it's so cloyingly sweet it makes you sick, but then it seems to dissipate. The scent is sweetish, but honestly, it's more suited for ladies over 35. It does have longevity, of course, but that doesn't save it from the overall discomfort 😒
