Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Ankou unfolds as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Blooddrop is evident from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the fragrance opens as a single chord with a warm spicy mood: Ambergris, Bourbon Vanilla, Labdanum, Lavender, Myrrh, Spices and musk. In this format 7 notes act as one coherent layer, building piquant dynamism that feels seamless.

The inner phases are perceived as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The accord profile is built around these accords: Balsamic, Aromatic, Musc and Amber without random overlap. Background accords such as Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background. The stylistic positioning is unisex, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Ambery, Spicy, Balsamic and Green. The palette also extends to Musk.
