Description of the composition

The scent of Onyx Opium unfolds as a cohesive olfactory arc, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Bohdidharma is recognizable in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Spicy, Citrus, Fruit and Floral. The palette also extends to Wood, Balsamic and Musk. At family level the scent maps to Spicy.

In the top tier you catch piquant warm opening notes: Black Pepper, Coriander, Mandarin and Plum.

At the core of development you notice Cinnamon, Clove, Iris, Patchouli and Sandalwood holding a velvety rose-iris direction.

The accord architecture is built around these accords: Balsamic, Citrus, Floral and Fruit with each one in a clear role. Additional accords such as Musc, Wood, Powdery and Spicy enrich the profile without taking over. The stylistic positioning is unisex, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.
