Perfume information

Description of the composition

The composition of Crimson Cloud unfolds as a layered story, where notes flow without rush and without gaps. The signature of Bronnley comes through in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Nothing here feels random, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de toilette sets a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

At olfactory-group level the profile is anchored in Citrus, Fruit, Floral and Ambery. It also reaches into Wood and Whiteflower. From a family perspective the scent maps to Floral and Fruit.

In the top tier you sense invigorating sunny opening notes: Bergamot, Lemon Verbena and Raspberry.

In the middle phase you detect Cherry Blossom, Freesia and Rose carrying a opulent floral direction. At the foundation the structure settles through Ambergris, Heliotrope and Patchouli, extending a deep amber trail.

The stylistic positioning is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read. In longevity terms High suggests confident staying power. In diffusion Middle describes the way the scent radiates.

In summary Crimson Cloud holds a coherent structure — the first stage creates momentum, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the scent structures best understood through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

It's strange, but I didn't feel any verbena in this fragrance at all. Although it should be there, it's not. The scent is pleasant, of course, but somehow too cozy and melancholic. The raspberry here sounds so calm, which is even surprising, usually it's like it's screaming. But here it's just dried sweet berries mixed with pink powder, and all of this only causes dissatisfaction 😒
