Description of the composition

The composition of Volute d'Or is built as a continuous scent journey, where notes flow with precision and warmth. The signature of Chaugan is recognizable in details that define the fragrance identity. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum emphasizes the right density and pace of development.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Wood, Aromatic, Balsamic and Leather. It also reaches into Sweet and Gourmet. From a family perspective the fragrance belongs to East.

Right at the start you detect dry woody top notes: Eucalyptus and Sage.

When the opening settles you sense Gurjun balsam, Leather accord, Thyme and Tobacco keeping a deep balsamic direction. In the base the composition is fixed through Cedar, Hay and Patchouli, reinforcing a earthy woody-resinous trail.
