The olfactory structure of 8 AM is built as a continuous scent journey, where accents shift without rush and without gaps. The signature of Cinnamon Projects is clear in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

At the note-group layer the structure relies on Floral, Wood and Gourmet. From a family perspective the scent maps to East.

In a unified mixed pyramid the notes arrive together with a inspiring floral mood: Iris, Neroli, Sandalwood and Vanilla. In this format 4 notes work as one voice, forming romantic softness that keeps the opening compact and balanced.

The inner phases are read as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which keeps the fragrance coherent.
