The Story and Character of Le Premier Parfum

Le Premier Parfum is the debut fragrance from Coolife, released in 2014 as an Eau de Parfum.

It is a unisex composition that combines floral, musky, and woody nuances.

The Coolife brand was founded in New York by two creative friends, Pauline Rojas and Carol Beaupré. Their mission is to transform the world of perfumery through the lens of art and energy.

Le Premier Parfum was the first embodiment of this philosophy, inspired by the concept of the seven chakras.

The fragrance was created by renowned perfumer Patricia Choux.

Her talent made it possible to combine natural ingredients into a harmonious composition that acts like an aphrodisiac, positively influencing one’s energy.

The fragrance has a soft sillage, making it ideal for close encounters and everyday wear. It is not a loud scent, but an intimate one that unfolds gently and gradually on the skin.

If you like Le Premier Parfum, take a look at similar compositions: Memo Marfa, Montale Velvet Flowers, and Tom Ford Jasmine Musk.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.
Persistence
Low (1 to 2 hours)
2
Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

2
Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The smell is indeed a bit bitter, with notes of pepper and even coffee. At first, something medicinal, like an ointment, is felt. Musk is also present. In the end, tart woody accents are noticeable. The fragrance is balsamic and spicy, clearly masculine!!!
