Since 2014, Amethyst Cuarzo The Circle has never stopped surprising. This is a unisex fragrance rooted in the chypre and floral families. Conceived and brought to life by perfumer Ramon Bejar. By character, it falls into the spicy, musk, and floral groups. Created within the Gems collection and available in eau de parfum.

The sillage is noticeable — present, but never overpowering. Recommended dosage: 1-2 sprays on both skin and clothing. Description of the composition

The scent of Amethyst unfolds as a living composition, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The signature of Cuarzo The Circle comes through in the way notes appear and fade. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum sets the depth and body this composition needs.

Right at the start you meet radiant lemon-bergamot opening notes: Bergamot and Iris. These 2 notes build sunny vitality that anchors the first impression immediately.

In the middle phase you detect Jasmine, Rose and Violet keeping a opulent floral direction.

The accord profile is shaped by these accords: Citrus, Gourmet, Floral and Musc without random overlap. Secondary accord layers such as Powdery and Spicy add depth to the backdrop. The profile is unisex, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived. In wear duration High indicates a stable lasting impression.

From the group perspective the profile is anchored in Floral, Musk, Spicy and Citrus. The framework further includes Whiteflower and Gourmet.

The fragrance is quite sweet and powdery, with a bright and long-lasting scent. There's some similarity to Guerlain perfumes from the Insolence and L'Instant collections, something in between them. Overall, it's not bad, but it doesn't evoke much excitement

At first, I thought this Amethyst would be similar to Lalique's Amethyst, but looking at the pyramid, I didn't notice that. The bottle, of course, looks like a real gemstone, but that doesn't save the situation 😒
