The composition of Oud No. 8 is shaped as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Darkwood Forest is evident in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Wood. From a family perspective the fragrance belongs to Wood.

Without strict stage separation the notes arrive together with a noble cedar mood: Oud. Here 1 note acts as one voice, forming lasting warm resonance that reads as cohesive from the start.

The middle and base stages are perceived as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The internal accord map is shaped by these accords: Wood forming a compact and readable structure. The stylistic positioning is masculine, which clarifies the composition character.
