Description of the composition

The scent of Chinoise is built as an expressive line of development, where accents shift smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of DSH Perfumes comes through from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the fragrance opens as a single chord with a noble cedar mood: Himalayan cedar, Oud and Sandalwood. In this format 3 notes act as one voice, creating clear woody framework that reads as cohesive from the start.

The inner phases are read as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which gives the structure continuity.

The accord architecture is shaped by these accords: Wood forming a compact and readable structure. The gender direction is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

At the note-group layer the structure relies on Wood.

Taken together Chinoise reads as a cohesive composition — the opening sets direction, the middle layer carries the identity, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the scent structures best experienced in wear.
