Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Highland Mists is built as an expressive line of development, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The signature of Deep Midnight Perfumes is clear in details that define the fragrance identity. No excess details, only what works, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail.

The internal accord map is driven by these accords: Abstract, Musc, Wood and Amber without random overlap. Secondary accord layers such as Mineral enrich the profile without taking over. The gender direction is unisex, which clarifies the composition character.

When the structure is mixed the opening appears as one connected movement with a noble cedar mood: Ambergris, Cedar, Heather, Oak moss, Ozone, Peat and Woody Accord.

The deeper layers are felt as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which gives the structure continuity.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Ambery, Wood, Earthy / Mossy and Mineral. The framework further includes Musk. Within olfactory families the fragrance belongs to Wood.
