Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Match unfolds as a cohesive olfactory arc, where notes flow with precision and warmth. The signature of Der Duft is clear in details that define the fragrance identity. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum sets a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Ambery, Spicy, Wood and Citrus. It also reaches into Floral and Leather. Within olfactory families the scent maps to Spicy and Wood.

In a unified mixed pyramid the fragrance opens as a single chord with a noble cedar mood: Ambroxan, Black Pepper, Cedar, Cumin, Ginger, Grapefruit and Iris.

The middle and base stages are felt as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

The accord profile is built around these accords: Citrus, Wood, Powdery and Amber with each one in a clear role. Additional accords such as Leather and Spicy add depth to the backdrop. The profile is unisex, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.
