Perfume information

Description of the composition

The composition of Al Azal is built as a living composition, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Ghawali is evident from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Perfume extract sets the right density and pace of development.

The olfactory framework is driven by these accords: Gourmet and Spicy forming a compact and readable structure. The gender direction is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

Without strict stage separation the notes arrive together with a expressively spicy mood: Cardamom, Praline, Saffron and Vanilla. In this case 4 notes act as one integrated frame, building warm spicy pulse that feels seamless.

The inner phases are perceived as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

From the group perspective the profile is anchored in Spicy, Sweet and Gourmet. At family level the composition sits in East.

Taken together Al Azal sounds complete from start to finish — the start forms character, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the fragrances best experienced through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

Too sweet, and this oil version is definitely not for me. The scent isn't bright, it stays close to the skin, even though it's rich, it doesn't project. It won't even choke out the wearer. It's just a concentrate of oriental sweets, like baklava in a jar 🤷‍♀️
