The olfactory structure of Caline Exotic Moments evolves as a living composition, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Parfums Grès Paris is evident from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de toilette keeps the right density and pace of development.

At olfactory-group level the profile is anchored in Balsamic, Green, Floral and Spicy. The framework further includes Citrus, Wood, Fruit and Gourmet. From a family perspective the scent maps to East and Spicy.

From the first breath you detect resinous-spicy top notes: Benzoin, Green Chord and Rose.

This fragrance could easily be split into two different perfumes. The sweet mandarin, so resinous and amber-like, is simply gorgeous, almost like jam. But this tartness with patchouli and coriander - that's just too much. Mandarin with resins is great, but the sharpness is just mind-blowing; it would be better to put it in a separate bottle 😤
