Description of the composition

The composition of Ruby is shaped as a continuous scent journey, where accents shift with precision and warmth. The creative approach of Herve Domar is clear from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

The olfactory framework is shaped by these accords: Floral, Musc and Spicy without random overlap. The profile is unisex, which clarifies the composition character.

As soon as the fragrance opens you sense cardamom-peppery first notes: Coriander and Freesia. These 2 notes shape warm spicy pulse that is impossible to miss.

When the opening settles you notice Jasmine, Tuberose and ylang-ylang keeping a creamy tuberose direction. In the final layer the composition is fixed through musk, reinforcing a enveloping musky trail.

At olfactory-group level the profile is anchored in Spicy, Floral, Whiteflower and Musk.

Taken together Ruby reads as a cohesive composition — the start forms character, the middle layer carries the identity, and the base secures the trail. These are the fragrances best judged in wear.
