Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Tanzanite is built as a layered story, where accents shift without rush and without gaps. The creative approach of Herve Domar is recognizable in the way notes appear and fade. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

At the note-group layer the structure relies on Spicy, Aromatic, Whiteflower and Floral. The framework further includes Wood and Musk.

Right at the start you meet cardamom-peppery top notes: Black Pepper, Clove, Mint and Pink pepper.

When the opening settles you meet Jasmine and Poppy holding a sensual jasmine direction. At the foundation the composition is fixed through Light woods and musk, extending a warm vetiver trail.

The accord architecture is shaped by these accords: Aromatic, Floral, Musc and Wood with each one in a clear role. Background accords such as Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background. The profile is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

Overall Tanzanite reads as a cohesive composition — the first stage creates momentum, the middle layer carries the identity, while the drydown anchors the memory. This is the type of composition best understood in wear.
