The scent of Mandarine Mousse evolves as a cohesive olfactory arc, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The style of Il Profumiere comes through in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail.

In a unified mixed pyramid the fragrance opens as a single chord with a energetic fresh mood: Ambergris, Grapefruit, Green Chord, Mandarin, Mandarin flower, Orange and Rose. In this case 7 notes sound as one coherent layer, creating sunny vitality that keeps the opening compact and balanced.

The deeper layers are felt as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

The olfactory framework rests on these accords: Citrus, Floral, Amber and Spicy forming a compact and readable structure.

At first I expected mandarin to be the star, but alas, it's not. I didn't check the notes pyramid, just went by the name. The scent turned out completely different: it's more like a mix of spices and sweet flowers. Beautiful, yes, but for me it's too BRIGHT. I can't tell if I like it or not
