Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Patchouli Indonesia unfolds as a cohesive olfactory arc, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Il Profumiere is clear in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Spicy, Wood and Gourmet. From a family perspective the scent maps to East.

In a unified mixed pyramid the opening appears as one connected movement with a noble cedar mood: Licorice, Patchouli, Sandalwood and Woody Accord. Here 4 notes act as one coherent layer, forming lasting warm resonance that reads as cohesive from the start.

The middle and base stages are read as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The internal accord map is built around these accords: Wood and Spicy forming a compact and readable structure. The profile is unisex, which clarifies the composition character.
