Description of the composition

The composition of Radicaoud is built as a living composition, where layers reveal themselves with precision and warmth. The style of Il Profumiere is recognizable in details that define the fragrance identity. Nothing here feels random, and the composition keeps a clear direction.

When the structure is mixed the opening appears as one connected movement with a soft-dry woody mood: Ambergris, Ebony wood, Frankincense, Leather accord, Noble Woods, Oud and Sage.

The heart and base are felt as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The internal accord map is driven by these accords: Balsamic, Aromatic, Wood and Amber forming a compact and readable structure. Background accords such as Leather and Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Ambery, Wood, Balsamic and Leather. The framework further includes Aromatic, Green, Spicy and Gourmet.

Overall Radicaoud sounds complete from start to finish — the first stage creates momentum, the middle layer carries the identity, and the base secures the trail. This is the type of composition best experienced on skin.
