In 2014, the niche house Irie introduced a fragrance that became a true olfactory manifesto.
Irie Id Est is a unisex oriental eau de parfum whose name refers to the Latin phrase meaning “that is” — as if it were a statement in need of explanation.
But perfumer Julien Rasquinet chose not to explain, but to tell a story: the composition unfolds like a love story — joyful, spicy and slightly mysterious.
