Description of the composition

The composition of Seven evolves as a cohesive olfactory arc, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The style of James&Co comes through in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction.

When the structure is mixed the fragrance opens as a single chord with a architectural woody mood: Bergamot, Civet, Clearwood, Fig, Leather accord, Pink pepper and Tobacco. Here 7 notes act as one voice, building clear woody framework that reads as cohesive from the start.

The middle and base stages are felt as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The accord architecture is shaped by these accords: Animalistic, Citrus, Fruit and Wood without random overlap. Background accords such as Leather and Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background.

At olfactory-group level the structure relies on Citrus, Animals, Wood and Fruit. The palette also extends to Leather and Spicy.
