Description of the composition

The composition of L'eau de Améthyste is built as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The signature of Joan Vass is clear in details that define the fragrance identity. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

The accord architecture is driven by these accords: Citrus, Floral, Fruit and Wood without random overlap. Background accords such as Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background. The gender direction is unisex, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

As soon as the fragrance opens you sense radiant lemon-bergamot opening notes: Bergamot and Grapefruit.

In the central layer you detect Red currant, Rose and ylang-ylang keeping a soft nectarous direction. In what remains on skin the line is anchored through Patchouli, Vanilla and Vetiver, shaping a warm vetiver trail.

At the note-group layer the structure relies on Citrus, Fruit, Floral and Whiteflower. The framework further includes Wood and Gourmet.
