Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Terroir is built as a cohesive olfactory arc, where accents shift without rush and without gaps. The signature of Kelly & Jones is clear in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Floral, Fruit and Wood.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the opening appears as one connected movement with a multi-layered petal mood: Chamomile, Iris, Mushroom Accord and Vetiver. In this case 4 notes sound as one voice, forming an elegant floral wave that keeps the opening compact and balanced.

The deeper layers are perceived as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The accord architecture is built around these accords: Floral, Wood and Powdery forming a compact and readable structure. The gender direction is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

Overall Terroir sounds complete from start to finish — the start forms character, the middle layer carries the identity, and the base secures the trail. These are the scent structures best understood in wear.
