Perfume information

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Musc is built as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The style of L`Antichambre is evident from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction.

From the first breath you detect clean musky first note: musk. This single 1 note builds delicate intimate trail that is impossible to miss.

When the opening settles you detect musk carrying a leathery musky direction. In what remains on skin the composition is fixed through Ambergris, shaping a deep amber trail.

The internal accord map is shaped by these accords: Musc and Amber without random overlap. The stylistic positioning is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Musk and Ambery. From a family perspective the fragrance belongs to Amber and Musk.

Taken together Musc sounds complete from start to finish — the first stage creates momentum, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the fragrances best experienced through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

Musk in perfumery can't really be pure, even when we're talking about an Arabian oil that gets called that. Anyway, it always has some extra components in its blend. So, it's probably not right to call this scent 'musky'. It's more of a sweetness that feels natural and animalic, super rounded and intimate. It might remind you of a warm body's scent, or it can be a base for other compositions. Everyone picks what they like
