The house of L'Bel gifted the world with Courant in 2012. A masculine fragrance belonging to the water family. Perfumer Harry Fremont poured every ounce of mastery into this one.
The birthplace of this fragrance — Peru, a place with a refined nose. A rich, layered composition that reveals itself differently depending on your mood and the time of day.
Sometimes the best decision of the day is a press of the atomiser. The official website of L'Bel — http://www.dianadesilva.it.
The fragrance is very long-lasting, staying on the skin for 12 hours or more, gradually revealing its notes
The scent will linger in the air even after its wearer has left.
The perfume has a fresh scent that is not too intense, so it does not overwhelm those around you with strong essences
A rich and elegant fragrance that gently unfolds on the skin and lasts most of the day, leaving a delicate trail
Fragrances for spring and summer unfold with light citrus notes, floral and fruity accords, filling the composition with freshness, airiness, and a feeling of carefree lightness on warm days
The composition of Courant is built as a layered story, where accents shift without rush and without gaps. The style of L'Bel comes through from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the composition keeps a clear direction.
In a unified mixed pyramid the opening appears as one connected movement with a transparent aquatic mood: Ice, Kaffir lime, Mint, White Flowers, Woody Accord and musk. Here 6 notes sound as one voice, creating a sense of sea breeze that reads as cohesive from the start.
The deeper layers are perceived as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.
The accord architecture is driven by these accords: Aromatic, Citrus, Floral and Musc forming a compact and readable structure. Background accords such as Wood and Mineral add depth to the backdrop.
At the note-group layer the composition is built around Mineral, Citrus, Aromatic and Whiteflower. The framework further includes Wood, Musk and Aquatic. From a family perspective the scent maps to Water.
Taken together Courant holds a coherent structure — the start forms character, the heart develops the core line, and the base secures the trail. These are the fragrances best understood through real development.
