Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Lana is shaped as a cohesive olfactory arc, where notes flow with precision and warmth. The signature of M8 Moods is clear in the way notes appear and fade. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum supports the right density and pace of development.

As soon as the fragrance opens you catch invigorating sunny first notes: Bergamot, Grapefruit and Orange. Exactly these 3 notes set a sensation of cool purity that is impossible to miss.

At the core of development you meet Caramel, Jasmine and Rose carrying a praline-sweet direction.

The olfactory framework is built around these accords: Citrus, Gourmet, Floral and Musc with each one in a clear role. Additional accords such as Wood and Spicy enrich the profile without taking over.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Citrus, Sweet, Whiteflower and Floral. The palette also extends to Musk, Wood, Gourmet and Powdery. Within olfactory families the scent maps to East and Powdery.

Overall Lana reads as a cohesive composition — the first stage creates momentum, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory. This is the type of composition best judged in wear.

In my opinion, there aren't enough flowers in this fragrance. Musk with the sweetness of rosehip clearly dominates, and honestly, it even gets a little soapy. It gives the impression that the name doesn't match what we get in the end 🌸

Jasmine flowers, rose petals, and caramel - that's what I feel. The combination is very harmonious and sweet, but not overly so. In warmth, the fragrance opens up brighter, but in the cold, it becomes too cloying, only caramel is felt 🌸
