Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Blue Moon is built as an expressive line of development, where notes flow without rush and without gaps. The signature of Maison Du Sage is evident from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Spicy, Ambery, Sweet and Wood. The palette also extends to Gourmet. From a family perspective the scent maps to East.

From the first breath you meet cardamom-peppery first notes: Cinnamon and Nutmeg. These 2 notes build piquant dynamism that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

In the central layer you meet Ambergris carrying a sweet-resinous direction. At drydown level the composition is fixed through Caramel, Sandalwood, Vanilla and White Cedar, reinforcing a earthy woody-resinous trail.

The accord architecture rests on these accords: Gourmet, Wood, Amber and Spicy without random overlap. The stylistic positioning is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.
