Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Mutiny begins with a refreshing start: the top notes are mandarin and orange, which provide an instant burst of energy and citrus freshness.

In the heart of the composition, a rich bouquet unfolds, including apple, orange blossom (fleur d'orange), peach, pear, as well as spicy accents of pink pepper (red berries) and saffron, complemented by the sensual tuberose.

The base of the fragrance delves into depth with a leather chord, exotic oud, earthy patchouli and sweet vanilla, creating a long-lasting and enveloping finish.

This multi-layered structure allows the fragrance to smoothly transform on the skin, leaving behind a trail of warmth and mystery.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

When I saw saffron, leather, oud, and tuberose, I immediately thought it would be something too intense. But, fortunately, the fragrance turned out to be surprisingly light and captivating. Vanilla creates coziness, and flowers add tenderness, resulting in a truly pleasant composition 🌸

The tuberose here is truly presented in an interesting way! Saffron and oud, although not to my taste, are kind of in the background in this fragrance. Neroli and tuberose, that's what's in the foreground. And, surprisingly, the pastry note smells quite pleasant, I can't figure out where it came from? 😄

The vanilla here is truly beautiful and delicate, but over time, notes of tuberose and thin leather stretched over wood begin to emerge. This sensation reminds me of an image from an advertisement. The scent is creamy-suede, noticeable but not overwhelming. This is a good example of how to create a trendy perfume while staying true to your style. When you hear a name from MMM with 'Mutiny', you expect something sharp and uncompromising, but in reality, there's an interesting deconstruction here. It's not as obvious as it seems at first glance. Mutiny is not just a rebellion or an uprising; it's more of a rebellious spirit hidden beneath white flowers and vanilla clouds. Margiela always had such depth

There's definitely something special about it. No wonder I keep coming back to it so often. It grabs attention, leaving no one indifferent. Brightness and freshness are what immediately stand out. You feel lightness and freedom in it. Coquetry and playfulness-that's what makes it so memorable ✨

The fragrance is not bad, of course, but I can't say it impressed me. Vanilla, tuberose, and oud - that's all I smell, and nothing special. Saffron and leather seem to be added just for show. Longevity, yes, it's decent, but that doesn't save the situation. Overall, it's cozy, but nothing more.

The fragrance is simply terrible and too sweet. Vanilla clearly overpowers everything here, and tuberose only adds heaviness. No comfort at all, just irritation. This is definitely not an option for everyday wear, simply unbearable 😩

I got a few samples at a popular store and decided to test them. The tuberose here is simply magnificent! It's not aggressive, but rather refined and soft, like cream. Overall, the fragrance is fresh, not ordinary, with a slight sweetness that pairs perfectly with orange blossom and finishes the composition with a gorgeous leather sillage. Now I want to buy a full-size bottle!

Here, VANILLA is felt first and foremost, it's so soft and pleasant. Floral notes act more as a background to this sweetness. The scent reminds me of something cozy, like a fresh cream bun or sweet fudge. Overall, quite an interesting fragrance!

Ugh, this tuberose is just unbearable, like it came back from 2018 😒 I don't feel like getting acquainted with it

What an interesting and unusual fragrance! It really smells like something luxurious and gourmand. I'm sure many will love it. You can feel either vanilla or tonka beans in it, and even after a long time, they remain in the base. This perfume is versatile, suitable for both men and women

The bottle is simply gorgeous, nothing like those old pharmacy bottles. The fragrance pyramid is truly surprising, it's so daring and unusual. Tuberose combined with leather, saffron, and oud - that's something new! I've never encountered such a mix - brutal tuberose, and with such character! )

The name Mutiny really grabs attention, it sounds like a challenge. Orange blossom combined with other notes creates an interesting effect. The fragrance pyramid looks quite enticing, curious to see what maestro Ropion has created this time
