Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Mare di Malta is built as a layered story, where notes flow with precision and warmth. The signature of Mare di Malta is evident in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

At the opening of the pyramid you sense sparkling citrus opening notes: Bergamot, Cedrat, Geranium and Lemon. These 4 notes set a sensation of cool purity that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

When the opening settles you meet Cyclamen, Jasmine, Lavender, Lily and Rose keeping a velvety rose-iris direction.

The olfactory framework is shaped by these accords: Aromatic, Citrus, Floral and Musc without random overlap. Additional accords such as Wood expand the olfactory volume in the background.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Citrus, Floral, Whiteflower and Green. The palette also extends to Wood, Drinks and Musk. From a family perspective the fragrance belongs to Floral, Musk and Wood.
