Description of the composition

The composition of En Esencia is built as a cohesive olfactory arc, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Massimo Dutti comes through in details that define the fragrance identity. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

The internal accord map is shaped by these accords: Citrus, Floral, Musc and Wood forming a compact and readable structure. Additional accords such as Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background. The stylistic positioning is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived. In longevity terms Low suggests confident staying power.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the fragrance opens as a single chord with a warm spicy mood: Bergamot, Black Pepper, Gardenia, Jasmine, Patchouli, Pink pepper and Rose.

The middle and base stages are perceived as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

It's just so cool and captivating! The simplicity of its scent is surprising, but it's exactly what hooks you. There is something whole about it: a sweetness that warms, floral notes and spicy accents, but they all blend so harmoniously 🌸

I bought a bag at Massimo Dutti, and the whole packaging it was wrapped in was giving off some cloying scent. I asked what kind of aroma it was. They replied that they have this perfume in stock. Well, so I bought it. It's something with angel notes, patchouli, vanilla, and berries. But compared to Mugler, this perfume stands out because of its prominent floral notes with a hint of sweet gum 😔
