It goes in the same direction as Jo Malone Wood Sage & Sea Salt, but the composition itself is quite simple. It has transparent watery notes, a salty nuance and dry wood, while the fruity note fits in surprisingly well. The result is a calm, versatile unisex scent that's easy to imagine with a white shirt. It works as a substitute, but after the original it's easy to notice the difference in longevity and sillage, and Max Philip loses out here
