Description of the composition

The scent of Maroon is shaped as an expressive line of development, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Max Philip is evident in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum sets the right density and pace of development.

Right at the start you catch radiant lemon-bergamot first notes: Bergamot and Blackcurrant. These 2 notes form a sensation of cool purity that anchors the first impression immediately.

In the middle phase you sense Iris, Jasmine and Rose holding a opulent floral direction.

The internal accord map rests on these accords: Citrus, Gourmet, Floral and Fruit with each one in a clear role. Background accords such as Musc, Wood, Powdery and Leather expand the olfactory volume in the background.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Citrus, Fruit, Floral and Whiteflower. It also reaches into Sweet, Leather, Musk and Wood.

Taken together Maroon reads as a cohesive composition — the first stage creates momentum, the heart develops the core line, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. This is the type of composition best judged in wear.
